OG Labs is an Indian-based business that sells custom-designed keychains, keycaps, and collectible gaming props. All products are made to order and shipped across India using our delivery partners Shiprocket and Delhivery.

1. Use of Website

Understand that all products are custom-made and not mass-manufactured.

3. Product Customization

All our products are made to order, which means:

No cancellations are accepted after 6 hours of placing the order.
Slight variations in color or detailing may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after processing.
Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on the pin code.
We ship via Shiprocket and Delhivery with tracking provided.

Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds as all items are custom-made. However, we do replace damaged items under the following condition:

✅ Unboxing Video Required:
You must record an uncut video from the moment you start opening the package. This video must clearly show the issue.

If the product is confirmed damaged:

A replacement will be sent at no extra cost, once our team reviews and approves the video.
No questions asked. No returns needed.

❌ Without the unboxing video, no replacements will be processed.

6. User Comments & Content

Users may post reviews or comments where allowed. You agree:

Not to post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
That OG Labs has the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

This website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any external sites.
