Because all our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by law.
🔄 Replacement Policy
We only offer replacements if:

The product arrives damaged, broken, or has a clear manufacturing defect.

You provide an unboxing video as proof.
✅ Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must record an unedited video of the package being opened from the moment it is received.

The issue (e.g., broken, damaged, missing part) must be clearly visible in the video.

The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
🔎 No video = No replacement. This is done to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.
🚚 Shipping for Replacements
If the issue is verified:

We will ship a free replacement as soon as possible.

No returns needed; we’ll send a fresh item, no questions asked.
⚠️ What’s Not Covered
We do not provide replacements for:

Damage due to mishandling after delivery

Incorrect customization details provided by the customer

Requests without an unboxing video

Minor visual variations due to handcrafted nature of the item
🕒 Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. Once production starts, cancellations will not be accepted.
