🎥 Unboxing is Required

• To be eligible for a replacement, you must record an unboxing video from start to finish without any cuts or edits.

• This video helps us verify if the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

💥 Damaged or Defective Item?

• If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Share the unboxing video with our team.

  2. Once our team verifies the issue, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement, no questions asked.

Note: No replacements will be entertained without an unboxing video.
