01The brief
Pallavi has sold groceries in Hosur since 1990: five floors and about 12,000 products. The shop wanted its customers to order from home without losing what makes it Pallavi.
We drew a new mark, a P that doubles as a shopping cart, set the app in Pallavi green and a bright lime, and laid out 12,000 products the way regulars already know the building: by floor.
02From sign to mark
The old supermarket sign worked on a shopfront, not on a phone. The new mark keeps the name and turns the P into a cart, so it reads even at app-icon size.

03Colour
Green is Pallavi. Lime is every button you press. Soft tints give each department its own tile.

05Shop by floor
The app is laid out like the building.
Regulars know that fresh produce is in the basement and home needs are on the third floor. The app keeps that map instead of inventing new aisles.
